Our experience
We built HealthOS and MindBridge, both in production.
Heimatverse built HealthOS, a comprehensive AI-powered patient management platform featuring a custom electronic medical records system, intelligent appointment scheduling, and an AI-assisted diagnostics dashboard for a healthcare provider. The system handled sensitive clinical data with HIPAA-compliant architecture, end-to-end encryption, and audit logging on every data access event.
We also built MindBridge, a mental wellness platform with AI-driven therapy matching, patient progress tracking, session notes, and secure practitioner dashboards. MindBridge connected patients with therapists through a structured intake and matching flow, managed ongoing care relationships, and gave practitioners the data visibility they needed to provide effective care without administrative overhead.
Both products were built with compliance at the architectural level, not retrofitted. Role-based access, data segregation, breach notification infrastructure, and the consent management systems that healthcare software requires.
