The challenge

A mid-size healthcare network was losing patients at intake, with 40% abandonment on a 23-field paper-to-digital form. Staff spent 12 minutes per patient on manual data verification. The existing EHR system couldn't be replaced, but it could be enhanced.

What we built

AI-assisted intake with smart pre-fill using Claude API, triage routing based on chief complaint, and a clinician review interface. Integrated with the existing EHR via HL7 FHIR, no data migration, no replacement, no disruption.
